Welcome to my extreme weather and natural events website. I’m Alister Chapman and I’m a professional TV cameraman and producer. I specialise in filming severe and extreme natural events for high end TV productions. So that’s everything from Tornadoes to Volcanoes and the Northern Lights. On many of my expeditions I invite the general public to join me as I run filming and photography workshops while shooting in some of the most amazing locations around the world. I am a Sony ICE (Independent Certified Expert), instructor for Santa Fe workshops and teach video production techniques around the world for broadcasters, universities and private individuals. By combining my life long passion for natural extremes with my talents as a cinematographer I have been able to put together some of the most amazing and memorable adventures you could ever experience.
